General Manager - Joinery Manufacturing The Company Our client is a well-established joinery manufacturer delivering commercial, multi-residential, and architectural projects across NSW. With strong builder relationships and an experienced internal team, they are entering a new phase of growth and are seeking a General Manager to lead the business. The Role Reporting to the Directors, you will oversee operations, people, and commercial performance to ensure quality project delivery and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop department managers across production, drafting, estimating, and install Drive operational efficiency and quality across factory and on-site delivery Manage financial performance including forecasting, margins, and cost control Maintain strong client and builder relationships to ensure repeat work Implement systems and processes to support scalable, consistent performance About You: Senior leadership background in joinery, shopfitting, or fitout manufacturing (MUST) Strong commercial and operational management capability Proven ability to lead teams and improve culture and accountability Confident decision maker in fast-paced, project-driven environments Excellent communication and relationship management skills Candidates without experience in JOINERY will NOT be considered for this role.
